The knife of betrayal bites deeply and then love dies.

The symbolism in this artwork is the knife, which represents betrayal, sunset for the sun setting on a relationship, the water represents the feeling of emotional drowning, when one is betrayed. Butterflies are symbols of love, hope and life, my black bleeding butterflies represent the death of love, hope and life as it was before the betrayal.

Your work is always amazing!!

You keep the eye in the piece with the frame.
The emotional content is strong too.

Like they say \"hearts are broken everyday\" and the older you get the more you got lol

I could be the old woman with a pile of broken hearts behind her lol OUCH
I want to know is there a limit on how many times it can break?? :o{
